- It is the coach's responsibility to enforce the Standards of Conduct for their team.
- The umpire will always enforce the rules of play and the Standards of Conduct for all members of the organization and persons attending our functions. Violations of the Standards of Conduct should be properly communicated as described in the section on communication.
- Board members are required to enforce the Standards of Conduct and report it to the proper communication channel.
- Any member of OYRLL may support our Standards of Conduct by communicating violations to the proper authorities as described in the section on communication.
- Rulings on play will result in:

- Over ruling of the game outcome as determined by the Umpire, Commissioner or other authority.
- Replay or continued play of the game as determined by the Umpire, Commissioner or other authority.
- Nullification of the game from competition as determined by the Umpire, Commissioner or other authority.
- Rulings on infractions of the Standards of Conduct
will result in one or more of the following:
- Written warning acknowledged to the Board.
- For players: Player and parent must sign and return warning.
- For coaches: Coach must sign and return warning.
- For parents or fans: Parent or fan must sign and return warning. Minor fans (under 18 years of age) must have a parent signature.
- Suspension of playing privileges for one or more games.
- For players: Player can not play their next game or games.
- For coaches: Coach can not coach their next game or games.
- For parents or fans: Parent or fan can not attend the next scheduled game or games.
- Acknowledged suspension of any member of OYRLL will not be for more than the remainder of the current playing season. Reinstatement of suspended members must be superseded by the written acknowledgement of any previous violation.
- Members of OYRLL understand that membership in our organization is elective. We are all volunteers and choose of our own free will to associate with one another. The choice to associate with OYRLL includes the choice to abide by the Standards of Conduct and decisions of the governing authorities of OYRLL.
